In September, Nam Ha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Nam Ha Pharma) entrusted GERA Hi-Tech Vietnam with the maintenance and calibration of three airborne particle counters, following strict technical procedures and manufacturer standards.
This activity is part of Nam Ha Pharma’s periodic maintenance plan to maintain measurement accuracy, equipment stability, and full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards in pharmaceutical production.
Calibration & Maintenance Process at GERA Hi-Tech
The entire process was carried out by GERA Hi-Tech’s team of engineers and technicians, in strict accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 21501-4 standards.
Step 1: Initial Inspection and Evaluation
GERA conducts an overall assessment of the particle counter’s performance to identify parameters requiring adjustment.
Step 2: Precise Calibration to ISO 21501-4 Standard
All key technical parameters are verified, including:

Step 3: Device Adjustment According to Manufacturer Specifications
Based on the calibration results, GERA Hi-Tech engineers fine-tune the device to return it to its optimal operating range, ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
Step 4: Issuance of Calibration Certificate and Label
Upon completion, each device is issued a Calibration Certificate containing full measurement data and device status, along with an official Calibration Label from GERA Hi-Tech.
