TECHNICAL & SERVICE ENGINEER ISO RECRUITMENT

Work Location: CX2-06, Co Xanh 2 Street, Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 Urban Area, Long Hung Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform measurement and calibration of equipment on-site or in the laboratory.

  • Calibrate cleanrooms and cleanroom equipment according to ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

  • Accurately record, analyze, and report calibration results.

  • Provide technical consultation and customer support before and after sales.

  • Participate in equipment installation, operation guidance, and technology handover for equipment supply contracts.

  • Support implementation of ISO quality management systems; update technical documents and procedures.

  • Work directly with customers, suppliers, and technical experts both domestically and internationally.

  • Willingness to travel to other provinces/cities or work onsite at customer facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields.

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical service, calibration, or measurement equipment (preferably with knowledge of ISO systems).

  • Good communication skills, honesty, attention to detail, eagerness to learn and grow.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Basic English: able to read technical documents, write emails, and translate materials.

  • Long-term commitment (minimum 2–5 years).
