LOGISTICS STAFF RECRUITMENT


Work Location: CX2-06, Co Xanh 2 Street, Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 Urban Area, Long Hung Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION

🔹 Import

  • Communicate and negotiate with domestic suppliers regarding pricing, transportation, documentation, and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate with forwarders, propose suitable shipping agents, and track shipment schedules (by SEA and AIR).

  • Review import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Contract, etc.) and process customs declarations.

  • Monitor bonded warehouse shipments and complete related procedures.

🔹 Export

  • Manage export shipments to foreign countries and export processing zones.

  • Prepare invoices, declare customs, plan trucking schedules, and arrange delivery to customers.

🔹 Other Tasks

  • Forecast import/export tax budgets and properly archive all related documents.

  • Support accounting team in preparing payment documents.

  • Stay updated on customs and tax regulations.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, evaluate performance, and propose improvements.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Gender: Female

  • Education: College/University degree in relevant fields

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in import/export or logistics

  • Expertise: Proficient in customs procedures, ECUS software, and electronic declarations

  • Language: Basic English communication and reading comprehension

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ECUS declaration software

  • Soft Skills: Independent, proactive, quick decision-making, and able to work under pressure

  • Personal Qualities: Patient, honest, responsible
